Every year, we evaluate the organizational climate of RHP by conducting a satisfaction survey to all our employees. In the 12 items of the questionnaire, whose 2021 responses are published here, everyone has the opportunity to evaluate the company and to decide whether it is in a position to obtain the coveted internal certification of an Ideal Place to Work.
With this annual evaluation, the management team establishes its development plans for the company with the vision of improving the company’s organizational climate, following the motto “Give to Receive”.
